The Güde Alpha Olive 8cm paring knife has a pointed blade for cleaning, peeling and cutting fruit, vegetables, onions and herbs. It is hand-forged from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, ice-hardened and hand-sharpened. The handle made of old, selected olive wood features stainless steel rivets and a central aluminum rivet.

With its precisely tapered blade, it is perfect for cleaning, peeling and cutting fruit, vegetables, onions and herbs. The hand-forged blade made of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, a single piece of stainless steel, is ice-hardened and hand-sharpened, which guarantees exceptional sharpness and durability.
Stainless steel rivets and a central aluminum rivet underscore the high quality and robustness of the knife. Please note that Güde knives with wooden handles should not be cleaned in the dishwasher and should not be left in water for extended periods. Regularly care for the wooden handle with wood care oil to preserve its beauty and functionality.
