The 10 cm pointed blade is perfect for cleaning, peeling, and cutting fruits, vegetables, onions, and herbs. The hand-forged blade, made from one piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, is ice-hardened and hand-sharpened, guaranteeing exceptional sharpness and durability.
The handle of this paring knife is made from carefully selected olive wood, perfectly balanced and elegantly polished. Stainless steel rivets and the central aluminum rivet emphasize its high quality and robustness. Please note that Güde knives with wooden handles are not dishwasher safe and should not be left in water for extended periods. Regularly maintain the wooden handle with wood care oil to preserve its beauty and functionality.
