Weleda makes body care products and medicines. The company is a Swiss public limited company based in Arlesheim, with its largest branch in Schwäbisch Gmünd.

Where Weleda comes from

• Founded in 1921 by doctor Ita Wegman, philosopher Rudolf Steiner and chemist Oskar Schmiedel, inspired by anthroposophy
• Production began in 1921 in Arlesheim, Switzerland, and Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany
• The first medicinal plant garden was established around 1922 in Schwäbisch Gmünd
• Weleda is available in more than 50 countries, with its own companies in 23 countries

• Skin Food since 1926: sunflower oil, wool wax, beeswax and extracts of pansy, rosemary, chamomile and calendula
• Everon lip care, 4,8 g: beeswax, shea butter and jojoba oil, with a vanilla and rose fragrance
• Revitalising Hair Tonic: rosemary oil and extracts of stonecrop and horseradish leaves

How to use

Massage the Hair Tonic into your scalp morning and evening, without rinsing it out. Weleda recommends using it on wet or dry hair.
