More about Grounding & Ritual
Grounding and rituals go hand in hand: regular, repeated moments bring you back to the here and now between appointments and to-do lists. This selection brings together mindful companions for the purpose — from the Relax scented massage candle and cork fascia balls to pure natural soap.
How to recognise a good ritual
- Repeatable: A ritual works through regularity — five minutes every day is better than an hour once a month.
- Anchored in the senses: A scent, a light, a touch — your body learns the cue and shifts gears more quickly.
- Simple: The less effort it takes, the more likely you are to keep it up. Lighting a candle is more than enough to begin with.
Our brands: why these ones
Cup Candle provides natural candles for your evening setting — from the Relax scented massage candle to organic tealights with a burn time of up to 10 hours. Kintex brings the physical side of the ritual with its cork fascia ball and fascia roller. Pure soaps and body care from Sonett, Dr. Bronner´s and Fair Squared turn even washing your hands into a mini break, while nevernot adds mindful products to the selection.
Practical tips: rituals throughout the day
Think in three anchor points: a morning ritual for a fresh start, movement from yoga and outdoor activities in the afternoon, and evening rituals for restful sleep to round things off. You can find more products to help you arrive in the moment in the grounding collection.
How much time do I need for a ritual?
Less than you think: five to ten minutes is enough. What matters is not the duration, but anchoring the moment firmly in your day.
Which ritual is right for the evening?
Light a candle, put your phone away and spend a few minutes loosening your shoulders with the fascia ball — this signals to your body that the day is over. If you want to go deeper, you will find suitable companions in the evening rituals collection.
What is the difference between grounding and a ritual?
Grounding is the state — feeling settled in your body and in the present moment. The ritual is the way there: the repeatable action that reliably creates this state — and makes it quicker to access each time you repeat it.
