The Riess Nouvelle PUR extra-strong cookware set impresses with the clear design of its cylindrical pots and casseroles. The combination of enamel with stainless steel handles also creates an exciting material mix. The casseroles and saucepans in the pot set have ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles in a modern design, while the frying pan has an ergonomic plastic handle. The lids of the casseroles and pots are made of glass and also feature a stainless steel handle.
The strong steel thermal storage base ensures that heat is distributed evenly and quickly. Thanks to the good thermal conductivity of enamel, the pot walls also become warm all around, saving energy. The robust chrome rim prevents chipping.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, meaning it is made from natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of hobs (gas, electric, ceramic, induction, and even over an open flame). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth glass surface. This is odor-neutral and antibacterial, and also easy to clean. With proper use and care, enamel cookware will provide long-lasting pleasure and retain its typical shine.
Riess is currently the only tableware manufacturer whose production has a positive carbon footprint. Their factory is powered by electricity from their own hydroelectric power plants. They generate more electricity than they need themselves and feed it into the grid as green electricity.
