The Riess NOUVELLE PUR 5-piece cookware set brings clean, cylindrical design to your kitchen – combining enamel and stainless steel in a material mix that balances function and appearance.
Five pieces, one coherent design
The set includes three cooking pots in Ø 16, Ø 20 and Ø 24 cm, a casserole in Ø 20 cm and a frying pan. Four pieces – the three pots and the casserole – come with glass lids and stainless steel handles, so you can see what is happening while you cook. Only the frying pan is open and has an ergonomic plastic handle.
The material mix in detail
The pots and casserole have ergonomically shaped stainless steel handles, while a sturdy chrome rim helps prevent chipping. The robust steel heat-retaining base distributes heat quickly and evenly; the iron core conducts and stores it, while enamel's excellent heat conductivity also ensures that the pot walls warm up all around – saving energy while cooking.
A base for every hob type
Gas, electric, ceramic, induction or open fire: this enamel set is suitable for all hob types and remains resistant to cuts and scratches.
Manufactured in Ybbsitz, where Riess has operated its workshop since 1926 using electricity from its own hydroelectric power stations on the Ybbs (riess.at). You can find more cookware in the cookware collection at the Taiga Store.
