Before first use: Remove the sticker, fill with boiling water and vinegar, and leave to work briefly. RIESS enamel is dishwasher-safe. Riess recommends hand washing to preserve the enamel’s brilliant shine for longer. If using a dishwasher, select the gentle glassware programme. Avoid wire brushes, steel wool, abrasive powders containing sand and scouring sponges with ceramic particles. Store thoroughly dried; remove limescale marks with vinegar water.

Use mild washing-up liquid and a soft sponge. Wire brushes, steel wool and abrasive cleaners will scratch the surface. Allow hot cookware to cool before adding cold water.
