Small but mighty! The KoMo The FIDIBUS 21 grain mill measures just 32 cm in height and can easily compete with the really large grain mills in terms of performance. The housing of the FIDIBUS 21 is made of beech plywood. It contains a 250-watt industrial motor that grinds 100 g of fine flour per minute. Whether green spelt, barley or spelt - 850 g of soft grain fits into the solid wood hopper. Enough to prepare 1 kg of wholemeal bread. This makes the FIDIBUS 21 particularly suitable for small kitchens and households and for anyone who wants to discover the world of wholemeal cooking.
