Payment information
To make your purchase as uncomplicated as possible, you can pay in our online shop by credit card, prepayment, instant bank transfer or PayPal. Business customers can also use the purchase on account option. For security reasons, payment in advance is required for the first order, subject to a positive credit check. Your order will be dispatched as soon as the prepayment transfer has been credited to our bank account.

Invoice
Subject to a positive credit check, the invoice can be paid by bank transfer after receipt of the goods.
PayPal
With just a few clicks, the goods can be paid for and dispatched immediately if available. Your bank and credit card details will not be passed on to third parties.
Credit or debit card
With a debit card, the account is debited directly, whereas with a credit card, payments are billed monthly in a bundle.
Prepayment
Secure payment method, the invoice is paid in advance and the goods are dispatched as soon as payment is received. Please enter your customer number and order number or prepayment number in the reference field.
Shipping information
Taiga GmbH is characterised in particular by Fast order and dispatch processing from. Orders for goods in stock before 2pm usually leave our premises on the same day. Over 92 % of all orders have an average delivery time of 2 to 4 working days.
The majority of the items offered in the shop are in stock in our warehouses, in which case your goods will usually be dispatched to you no later than one day after you place your order.

You will always be kept up to date with your dispatch status. You will receive an email from our shipping partner DHL and a tracking number immediately after the goods have been dispatched. DHL will also inform you of status updates during the delivery process.
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to different shipping costs and customs duties after receipt of order. We will inform you separately. Individual item-dependent shipping methods and delivery costs may occur and will be communicated during the ordering process.
The actual shipping costs can only be determined when items are in the shopping basket. You may be informed separately for wholesale quantities.
