Description
This casserole dish is suitable, as the name suggests, for all kinds of casseroles but also Schinkenfleckerln and lasagna, but of course also for baking fruit cakes or strudel and much more. It is available in different sizes and colors and is made of sturdy enamel. The edge of the casserole dish is round curved - beaded edge in the enamel language - in the process, the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge. The casserole dish can be used in any oven. But be careful: always use oven mitts.
The material enamel consists of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, that is, natural raw materials. Thanks to the iron core, heat is conducted quickly and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking and baking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the smooth, non-porous glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for correctly, enamelware gives pleasure for a long time and retains its typical shine.
