The Holzknecht pan is one of the classics in the pan range and an eye-catcher in every kitchen. It has its alpine-sounding name from the typical wooden handle. The brass ring at the end of the pan handle, the pan can be stored not only stacked, but also by hanging. Fry and serve directly from the pan, the RIESS Holzknecht pan is a good tip and ensures a good mood at the table. And so the Holzknechtpfanne also performs well as a serving pan and you have less to wash up.
The material enamel is made of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, that is, natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the non-porous, smooth surface made of glass. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for correctly, enamelware gives long-lasting pleasure and retains its typical shine.

- Due to the wooden handle, please clean the pan only by hand and not in the dishwasher. If the wooden handle is worn, rub with a little oil.
