Description
The enamel casserole has the classic straight shape and two enamel handles. The lids for the casseroles are optionally available. These lie well on the casserole and function as energy monitors: as soon as the lid begins to rattle, it is time to reduce the heat and thus save electricity. Depending on the stove, it may be possible to turn off completely about 5 minutes before the end of cooking, as enamel retains heat for a long time. Therefore, we highly recommend using potholders to lift pots and lids, as enamel handles also retain heat. However, the advantage of the enamel handles is that you can also confidently put the pot in the oven to keep it warm. The rim of the casserole has a sturdy chrome rim.

The material enamel is made of iron fused with glass at high temperatures, that is, natural raw materials. This enamel cookware can be used on all types of stoves (gas, electric, glass-ceramic, induction and even over an open fire). Thanks to the iron core, the heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking.
Perfect hygiene is guaranteed by the smooth, non-porous glass surface. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. When used properly and cared for correctly, enamelware gives pleasure for a long time and retains its typical shine.
